I came to Bennie’s online workshop on perfectionism with an open mind, never having tried EFT before. The very next day I was saying yes to opportunities I would normally avoid. Since then, I’ve even agreed to present at a 4-day intensive—something I’d never have imagined before. Bennie’s direct, no-nonsense approach makes the process easy to follow, and I can’t recommend his workshops highly enough.

Beyond Shame | 12 March
Shame is one of the most devastating emotions that you can feel. It doesn’t just live in the mind – it sits in the body and keeps you stuck in the moments you wish you could change. It lingers in the parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide.
Shame often shows up quietly in moments of self-blame, in comparison and in the belief that you’re “too much” or “not enough.” Sometimes it feels like it has always been there, shaping how you see yourself and how you move through the world.
This session is about loosening shame’s grip. With EFT Tapping, we don’t argue with shame or try to overpower it. We meet it with honesty and gentleness. When the emotional charge softens, what’s left is clarity, relief and the ability to see yourself through kinder eyes. Shame doesn’t have to be a life sentence and you don’t have to keep carrying it.

Better Sleep Now | 26 March
When your mind won’t switch off, it doesn’t matter how tired your body is. You lie there thinking about work, replaying conversations, worrying about tomorrow or counting the hours until your alarm goes off. Before long, night after night begins to feel like a battle you never signed up for.
Insomnia isn’t just about sleep. It affects your mood, your patience, your focus and even your sense of hope. The harder you try to force yourself to relax, the more your nervous system ramps up.
This session is about changing this pattern. With EFT Tapping, we gently calm the body’s stress response so your system can settle instead of staying stuck in alert mode. When the overthinking quiets, when the tension loosens and the nervous system softens, sleep stops being something you chase and becomes something that returns on its own. If you’re tired of feeling tired, this hour is for you.

When Public Speaking Scares You | 9 April
For many people, speaking in front of an audience brings a tight chest, a racing mind and fear that it won’t be good enough and that you’ll be judged. Even the thought of sharing an idea in a meeting can spark dread. You know what you want to say yet your voice disappears, your throat closes or you freeze.
This fear isn’t about weakness, it’s about feeling outside your comfort zone and it can bring up past experiences when you felt inadequate. Over time, those moments teach the body to stay quiet even when your mind and heart want to speak.
In this session, we’ll use EFT Tapping to ease the fear beneath the silence. When the nervous system calms and the old emotional fears soften, speaking becomes less of a threat and more of an honest expression of who you are. You don’t need to become bold or loud. You just need to feel safe enough to use your voice. This is where that begins.

Ending Emotional Eating | 23 April
Emotional eating often feels like it comes out of nowhere. One moment you’re fine then something inside tightens and food becomes the quickest way to soothe, distract or calm what’s happening beneath the surface. Even knowing it isn’t about hunger doesn’t stop the pull of it.
Even though emotional eating might feel like a lack of discipline or a failure of willpower, it’s usually a response to deeper stress, loneliness, boredom, anger or other painful emotions.
This session is about breaking that pattern with kindness rather than force, whether you know exactly what’s driving it or it feels like a mystery you can’t quite name.
With EFT Tapping, we release the feelings underneath the urges. As those soften, the intensity of the impulse settles too.

When Family Sets You Off | 7 May
Family can bring out the best in us and the very worst in us, sometimes in the same afternoon. A single comment, tone or old pattern can fire up reactions that feel far bigger than the moment. You might find yourself shutting down, snapping back or feeling ten years old again without knowing why.
These reactions are the nervous system responding to old wiring. Many of these patterns were shaped long before you had the skills or support to respond differently.
This session is about loosening the grip of those automatic reactions. With EFT Tapping, we explore what sits beneath the trigger, like the expectations, hurt and pressure to play a certain role, and help your system come back to calm.
When the emotional charge softens, you gain choice again. You can become grounded, speak clearly and show up confidently as the adult you are now.

Less Pain More Life | 21 May
Living with ongoing pain can feel exhausting. It wears down your energy, your mood and sometimes your hope.
Chronic pain isn’t just a physical experience. It’s shaped by your nervous system, your past stressors and the emotional load you’ve been carrying. When pain lingers, it can bring frustration, fear and a sense that your body has let you down.
This session is about easing that cycle using EFT. First, we reduce cortisol levels (the body’s stress hormone) which inhibits the body’s ability to heal. Then, as the nervous system settles, the body often softens too. When pain loses its intensity, even a little, daily life becomes lighter again.
This isn’t about pretending the pain isn’t real. It’s about giving your body the space to shift and release.

From Stuck to Started | 11 June
Procrastination isn’t laziness and it isn’t a character flaw. It’s usually a nervous system response that shows up when something feels overwhelming, unclear or secretly tied to fear. You want to get things done, yet somehow you freeze, avoid or distract yourself. The more time passes, the heavier it feels.
Maybe you start but don’t follow through, you wait for the perfect moment that never comes or you know exactly what you should be doing, but the pressure itself shuts you down. So the cycle continues: frustration, guilt then more avoidance.
This session is about breaking that cycle with kindness, not force. With EFT Tapping, we don’t push through resistance; we explore what’s underneath it. When the emotional charge releases and the nervous system settles, taking action stops feeling like a battle and starts feeling possible. If you’re ready to move forward without the pressure, this session will help you take that first step.

Living with Loss | 25 June
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline – some days you feel steady enough to function while other days the smallest thing can pull you under. Loss changes you, it reshapes your inner world, your relationships, your routines and your sense of who you are.
The hardest part is that grief can feel incredibly lonely, even when people mean well. You might be tired of being strong, tired of holding everything together and tired of pretending you’re okay when you’re not.
This session is a gentle space to breathe again, to stop pushing the feelings away and to let your system soften. We enable the nervous system to process, move through the overwhelming emotions and find peace again.
You don’t have to carry this on your own. This hour is about easing the weight, one tap at a time.
Practitioner & Trainer with over 20 years' experience
About me
A virus I contracted in February 2024 caused encephalitis which demolished my memory. This happened to the extent that I did not even remember my siblings, or where I lived before I got sick. I was put in a care home and as you might expect, a year later, a lot has happened. My journey towards wellness has been slow yet pertinent. I’m so grateful to have had over 20 years’ experience using EFT Tapping to guide me through the emotional struggles I’ve faced in the last year, and before. Life has thrown me some serious curveballs, and I’ve overcome them all.
My journey with EFT began in 2003, during a difficult period in my life with very deep depression. A single session with Paul Lynch profoundly changed my outlook, inspiring me to train as an Advanced EFT Practitioner and then as a Master Trainer of Trainers. Since then, I’ve helped people throughout the world to overcome emotional and psychological difficulties using EFT Tapping.
In 2009, after two decades in the corporate world implementing IT solutions in many countries, I took a leap of faith to follow my passion for helping others to live fuller lives. Blending EFT with modalities like Matrix Reimprinting, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, and The Sedona Method, I use these techniques to help my clients break free from self-doubt, anxiety, stress and trauma.
My approach is intuitive yet practical and combines deep listening and compassionate guidance with evidence-based techniques to create lasting change.
Having lived and worked in England, Scotland, Europe, Africa, Australia, the Middle East and the USA, I appreciate people’s diversity. I’m also an experienced speaker, facilitator, and trainer, dedicated to empowering others to take the reigns of their emotional and mental well-being.
I remain committed to my own growth, continuously learning and refining my skills. I still turn to Tapping and my peers when the shit hits the fan.
