EFT Level 3 Advanced Practitioner Training
Master the Art of EFT — Step Into True Practitioner Mastery
If you’ve completed Level 2 and are ready to take your EFT practice to the highest level, the Level 3 Advanced Practitioner Training is your next step. This training is designed for experienced practitioners who want to work more confidently with complex cases and develop their unique practitioner voice. Level 3 is where advanced skill meets creativity. You’ll deepen your technical knowledge, explore new ways of working with clients and strengthen your own presence and resilience as a practitioner. Even if you don’t use this to become a practitioner, you’ll learn significant life skills that you can use when times are tough.
What You'll Learn
This training expands your EFT toolkit with advanced approaches and strategies, including:

Working with complexity: psychological disorders, trauma, transference, countertransference and projection

Protective and distancing techniques for managing intense client trauma safely

Anchoring skills: setting, stacking and using anchors for safety, confidence and creativity

Creative tools: working with metaphors, symbols, drawings and reframing for deeper breakthroughs
- Advanced calibration: recognising subtle shifts in language, body cues and client pattern
- The Morph Technique: exploring perspectives through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd person views
- Outcome attachment: helping clients let go of “ouch” thinking and find freedom
- Self-awareness and supervision: staying grounded, recognising your own limiting beliefs and practicing ongoing self-monitoring
- Special topics: working with serious disease, trauma-informed care, logical levels and clients with sensory impairments or language barriers
- Advanced questioning techniques: reframing, pre-framing and active listening skills that land with precision
Through demonstrations, practice sessions, supervised exercises, and reflective work, you’ll gain both technical mastery and confidence in applying EFT in complex real-world situations.

Meet your trainer
This course is led by me, Bennie Naudé, a seasoned EFT Master Trainer of Trainers and Advanced Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Energy Psychology. Known for my grounded, science-backed and practical teaching style, I have trained students across the world – many of whom have gone on to become successful EFT professionals.
I’m also a living example of EFT’s power: in 2024, I survived a severe brain illness that left me with profound memory loss. EFT plays a central role in my ongoing recovery, deepening both my personal understanding and professional conviction in the tools I teach.
